Abstract: In this translated work the researcher translates the third chapter of the book of Dr. Gassoum Khairi Bilal - The Third Way for Sustainable Development in Sudan, First Edition 2013, which is about the presentation and evaluation of development models and plans which have been used successfully in many countries of the world. In this chapter successful models of community have chosen a developmental, derived and appropriate curriculum, based on the data of the circumstances of each State. These States have been able to succeed in bringing about change, despite all the obstacles and hindrances because they liberated from the authorities of the quoted models that were applied .Thus, these States made its present and future for themselves and the manner in which to achieve the aspirations of their peoples.
