| dc.description.abstract | In this study zinc oxide was prepared by sol-gel method from zinc alkoxide, zinc alkoxide was obtained using sodium alkoxides and zinc chloride, the shape, structure and concentration of the obtained products were characterized by infra-red spectroscopy (ir), x-ray powder diffraction (xrd). the ir-spectra of zinc oxide and alkoxides were agreed well to their literature review, also the x-ray diffraction of zinc oxide showed the characteristic peaks of the oxide, the percentage of zinc in oxide was 79%. | en_US |
