Even with modern medicine, most patient have mild stages, the remaining injures aredivided equally between the moderate and severe The objective ofthis research is tostudy the role of computed tomographyin earliest and fastestdiagnosis of head injuries, and to classify types of traumabased the main causeof the traumatic brain injuries (TBI),type of lesionand type of hemorrhage. This study was conductedin Khartoum state at two centers, Khartoum Advanced Diagnostic CenterandAntalyaMedicalCenter. A sample of 50 patients,( 70% males and 30% females ) were grouped according to ageinto 7 age groups and were investigated using CT scanning to diagnose head injuries.
