| Abstract: | To study the effect of organic manures on the growth and yield of forage sorghum Sorghum bicolor (L) Moench cv.AbuSabien,a feield experiment was carried out in the summer season of 2009 at the Demonstration Farm of the Collage of Agricultural Studies- Shambat , Sudan University of Scince and Technology. For this experment a randomized complete block design was used with three replications. The treatments were composed of two raw manures cow manure, chicken manure, heat treated compost Elkharra, NPK .32:23:0 and control treatment The results showed that the treatments exceeded the control in all attributes evaluated, but no significicant defferences among these treatments in the . attributes evaluated |
