Abstract:	The aim of This Study is was the production of sugar from sugar cane samples in the laboratory. Sugar crystals were separated from cane juice of the cane samples, obtained from Elsuki area. Many tests were carried for the production of sugar, this include Molish test, Bendict test, Barfoide test and Selwanoff test. The yield product was found to be 1.4168%.
