Abstract:	This study aims at Investigating Difficulties facing students of College of Engineering in learning specialized English terminologies. The study employed the analytical research method, where the researcher designed a questionnaire for students of engineering, to investigate these difficulties. Some solutions are suggested to reduce these difficulties. The findings of the study showed that there are many difficulties facing students in learning specialized English terms, specifically Engineering terminologies
