evaluation of miscarriage causes in Aldeweim city using ultrasound

Abstract

Primary healthcare and maternal healthcare programs play a major role in decreasing complications of miscarriage and mortality .rates among the pregnant women In this study (100) pregnant women with complications of miscarriage were scanned with ultrasound , the study was conducted at Aldeweim locality at Dr. Altyiep private clinic of obstetrics and gynecology , the ultrasound machine was Shimatzu xxl (3.5) MHz curve- .linear probe In this study the mean patient`s age is(26.6) years and the mean gestational age is(2.2) month, and most of miscarriage occur during the second month of pregnancy with percent about (69%), and (97%) of miscarriages occur in housewives occupation groups , incomplete miscarriage is the most common (46%) and the most common cause of 5 ‫‪.13%, PCO.11%, CUD4%. And 1% for trauma‬‬
