| Abstract: | The main objective of the present study was to monitor prevalence of brucellosis in cattle in the farm of Sudan University of Science and Technology at Hilt Kuku in Khartoum North. A total numbers of 25 (24 females and one male) bovine sera were examined using Rose Bengal Plate test. Results revealed that all animals (100%) were negative to brucellosis. This results showed that the farm free from bovine brucellosis. Key words: Brucellosis, Rose Bengal Plate test, serum, prevalence. |
