Assessment of the Serum Level of Total Cholesterol, Triglycerides and Lactate dehydrogenase activity Among Sudanese patients with myocardial infarction

Abstract

across sectional study conducted in al Khartoum state during the period from assessment of serum may 2012 to levels of total cholesterol, triglycerides and level of enzyme in 30 patient with entrolled in the study as test subject total as control lipid for control group qroup both lactate july 2012 for dehydrogenase myocardial infraction grop, and 30 health for comparison theserum the tes t were processed group using and the enzymatic methodsspectro photometer for bio system company and lactate dehydrogenase and control groub sbectrophotometeric enzyme for were proceed and bio system both test usin also reagent company the data was analyzed and and the results show that mean of the serum level of total cholesterol,triglycerideand lactate dehydrogenase of myocardial infraction group are significantly raised when comparison with health control group.
