Abstract: The objective of this study is to gain a great understanding of the speech Disorder and to help people after stroke to reacquire their speaking, the cause of the anxiety and stress among the students who suffer from stuttering when they are talking to their colleague or when they are in an oral exam or presentation. The goal of this study is get a better understanding of the role of speech Disorders and solve speak problems and let them speak fluently. Instead of avoiding children . Like in the cases of hearing impairment and stammering. The methods of the study are going to follow experimental applied method. The location is Khartoum state and the population is comprised of all E.N.T clinic and hospitals patients. All hearing centers and schools. The sample size is thirty patients. The test will be analyzed statistically by using SPSS program. The result of the study after six month of treatment 29 from 30 they are responding for the treatment except one who is Moby’s syndrome. The result proves that speech rehabilitation is succeeding to approach 29 patients to the fluent speakers. The recommendation of the research proves that the effectiveness of speech rehabilitation, also must increase the awareness of the parents and teachers towards speech disorder and early intervention from childhood, will help a lot to decrease the severity of the problem.
