dc.description.abstractThis study has found the relationship between performance management, productivity and efficiency at SAFAT Aviation Group. It has achieved the objectives. The research questions have developed. hypotheses were developed also for the study. Historical data was reviewed, survey and interview have used as main tools for data collection of primary data. Respondents have selected using simple random sampling technique. The responses were entered and analyzed by using SPSS v11. The findings of this study indicate that majority of respondents (46%) agreed the current performance appraisal system doesn't determine productivity level at the organization whenever there are (28%) can't give their opinions. The respondents (40%) agree that they believe that performance management system determine efficiency level at the organization. The major finding from the correlation analysis was there is a strong positive relationship between performance management and productivity. Furthermore, the analysis also showed that performance management and efficiency have strong positive relationship. These findings led to acceptance of two alternative hypotheses and rejection of the null hypotheses. So, it leads to redesign the performance appraisal system according to academic perspective and best practices. From organizational point of view, this research will help all industrial organizations to assess their own performance management. It will give them insights from the current research which is up to date, as employee preferences tend to change over time. Therefore, management can design their performance management system based on the implications from this study. This study will help the managers in designing better performance management system for their company depending on the recommendations given in this study.en_US
