dc.description.abstractMost variable speed wind turbines have pitch angle control mechanisms and one of their objectives is to extract maximum power from available wind speed, by adjusting pitch angles of wind turbine. In this research, the use of pitch angle controlusing PI controller is presented for wind turbines equipped for a three turbines with self-exited induction generators (SEIGs).Theconverters areused to extract the maximum available power from the wind.All machines are connected to a dc bus,Also, a bidirectional buck-boost converterdesigned between dc link and battery withfuzzy logic controller (FLC) to charge/discharge battery to make uninterrupted feeding system and maintains constant DClink voltage to make ability of feeding dcloads, andacloads through the inverter. A fuzzy logic-based controller is used to control the voltage of theproposed system. The entire proposed system is modeled and simulated using MATLAB/Simulinksoftware.en_US
