Abstract: The protein is a single ,un branched chain of amino acids ;it has 20 different types of amino acids and these amino acid sequence determine the three dimensional structure of the protein in turn determine it’s function because any change in the arrangement of the amino acid sequence can affect the protein’s function. This change in the function could be the beginning of infecting of cancer but we cannot detect the cancer by the medical imaging devices in this level if it does not spread in many number of cells. The objective of this research is to analyze the protein sequence of normal and cancerous organs using a database of DNA sequence of these organs and detect the difference between them using statistical analysis from bioinformatics tools and proof the results of this analysis by using sequence dot plot and global alignment . After using all these analysis tools we find that the average of the difference that be detected is 81.857%.
