Abstract: This study is one of the most important studies noting that combines French as a foreign language and the mother tongue of the Arabic language. In an attempt to solute the problem and the difficulties of being done être '' in the French language when studying Sudanese Arabic. To achieve this study, we follow the approach'' explanatory'' to explain important rules that are used to do with being in the French language and ''analyze'' to analyze the test results and try to find solutions to them. As we had in the first and second sections theoretical framework for research and either part third of the research has included a practical framework and study and analysis of the test results, random sample selection level of the students and signed faculty of language and the department of French at the university of Sudan for science and Technology and the goal of this test is to know the positions difficulties and try to find solutions to them.
