dc.description.abstractECG is a very important device in the diagnosis and because it can determine the health status of the heart by display ECG signal . And on the side of health care must be the ECG precise and does not contain any defect or problem and in order to protect the patient and ensure the healthy him. In this study Design and Implementation of accurate PC-Based Electro-cardiograph system has been introduced, and successfully tested. In order to Design and Implementation of accurate PC-Based Electro-cardiograph system, design ECG simulator first to create ECG signal identical from human body by using 2 integrated circuit (HEF4521B & HCF4017B) and some of the resistors and capacitors , and design ECG device secondly by using the instrumentation amplifier (AD642) and low pass filter ,high pass filter, notch filter. Where in the testing phase is connected ECG simulator with ECG device , after ensure the safety of the machine ,the patient's connected with the ECG device and these are called diagnostic phase. The last part in this project is how use PC in order to display the ECG signal, using microcontroller to convert analog signal into digital signal and sent digital information to serial port , using software to display signal on computer. The implantation of this system in (Al Shaab Hospital ,Omdurman hospital) the system produced accuracy of 81.8% and sensitivity of 83.3%.en_US
