Abstract: A case control study conducted during period from February to May 2015 to evaluate plasma levels of urea and creatinine in benzene station workers. Fifty benzene station workers were selected as test group and fifty as control group , age matched . blood specimens were collected T-test used for comparison (significant level was set at p≤0.05 ) using SPSS 14.0 . The result of this study indicated significant increase in the means of plasma level of urea and creatinine when compared to control group (36.02± 12.203) (1.298± 0.475), (23.16± 5.582) (0.926± 0.330) mg\dl for case and control respectively . The result also showed positive significant correlation between plasma level of urea and duration (r=0.711 ,P. value =0.000) , and positive significant correlation between plasma levels of creatinine and duration (r= 0.777 , P. value= 0.000). This study is concluded : The means of plasma levels of urea and creatinine are significantly increase in workers at benzene station when compared to healthy group . The levels of plasma urea and creatinine show significant positive correlation with duration.
