Abstract: This research is about shaw's Satirical Attitude to man-woman Relationship in his plays. Through his satirical interpretation of the passive side of these relationships, he intends to reform this passivity of man-woman relationship through offering the New Woman who is capable of conquering her difficulties and challenges and thereby working to be changed for better through her strong-willed character, contrary to the woman of the previous centuries who was submissive and weak as well. The descriptive, and analytical method has been applied in this study. The main findings are: The analysis of man-woman relationship has enriched these plays through generating many interpretations and critical perspectives also the analysis of man- woman relationship has shed much light on the various dimensions of the characters of these plays through displaying conflict among these characters particularly men and women and thereby projecting the impact of this conflicts on the scene of their lives.The study recommends that: Much care and consideration must be directed to conflict between husbands and wives and who it affects their children's lives and careers. Much encouragement should be given to the appearance of the new woman so as to reform the passive aspects of her society.
