Abstract: This is a retrospective study which is scientific and practical study which was done during January -2015 to April- 2015 and was carried out in Arab United States (In ultrasound department – Madinat Mohammed bin Zayed Health care center - Abu Dhabi). The study discusses evaluation of U/S Scanning accuracy in diagnosing of Down syndrome by measurement of Nuchal Translucency at 10– 13weeks 6 days of fetus gestation versus biochemical serum.
