Abstract: This study, carried out during the period from June 2014 to December 2014 .the aim of this study was to standardized MRI protocol to diagnosis Multiple Sclerosis correct diagnose. 55 random cases of patient came to the MRI department with deferent request forms for MRI brain examination .MRI machine used in this study were: Antalya Medical center used closed magnet ,sign high definition with magnetic field strength (1.5 t) general electric (GE) (USA). ALAMAL NATIONAL HOSPITAL used closed magnet ,sign high definition with magnetic field strength (1.5 t) (Philips) Netherlands. From this study result the best protocol to visualize all the M.S in the brain new and follow up by using modified protocol, used axial and sagittal FLAIR with slice thickness 3mm Instead 5mm and slice gab 0.00 zero Instead 1mm, to cover any MS missed in routine protocol and discover anew MS. Out of 20 patient scanned by MRI 11 (55%) were male and 9 (45%) female. The age of the subject ranged from 24 to 60 years. The study concluded that best MRI protocol for detection and diagnose M.S is the modified protocol .55% male more affected MS than female 45%.
