dc.description.abstractThe assessment of Sudan University for science &Technology Graduate Engineering performance in industry is customer satisfaction measurement feedback to the academic institute as outcome of it is main service to the public (engineers). The feedback loop is critical to continue the improve¬ment necessary to achieve ongoing success. With customer satisfaction research this means developing a process that continually measures the effectiveness of the customer sat¬isfaction programs put in place as the result of the survey. The objective of the survey is educating the university about customer satisfaction, Identify areas of strength and improvement, prioritizes the solution, measure overall customer satisfaction and establishing mechanism for improve and apply continues measure over time. The initial phase of the study concerns with data obtained through questionnaire as main mechanisms. The questionnaire is designed in order to test the employer satisfaction and measure the engineer’s performance. The questionnaire classificatory to three parts: personal skills, professional skill and general evaluation. The questionnaire was distributed in four companies in both private and public sector. The result of the questionnaire is clearly indicated to high customer satisfaction of engineer’s personal skill except the express and writes in English language, the technical and professional skills just is meet customer expectation, with clearly indicated to some weaknesses. In general customers evaluate the satisfaction of the overall performance of Sudan University Engineer as meet and exceed their expectation with an acceptable variation or contrast between engineers performances. With brainstorming of the results improvement plane can be set in the limit of university budget and facilities.en_US
