T The experiment was conducted in October 2014 in the insect laboratory science and Technology at Sham bat. The objective was to evaluate the effect of Jatropha leaves powder at different concentrations(1-2,2-3and 2-5) on the adult of Cowpea weevil Callosobruchus maculatus elates. The results reverted that the high concentration (1,2) showed high percentage of mortality and the less concentrations (3,4%) recorded the lowest percentage of mortality. The results demonstrate that the increase of the mortality percentage was due to the increase of the active ingredient of the Jatropha leaves powder..en_US
