This research was done to develop a program that able to analyze and design reinforced concrete flats lab using the application of Excel spread sheet. The analysis and design of slab is in accordance with (B.S 8110 1:1997). The calculations done using the excel spread sheets was compared to manual calculation to ensure the reliability of this software and also compared to PROKON program. The results and conclusion show that the research objectives was satisfied. And also a comparison between moments, area of steel and slabs thickness was done between British standards (B.S 8110 1:1997) and American standards (ACI-318) and European standards (EC 2).en_US
