Title: أثر حساب العملیات غیر المنظورة على الحساب الجارى والموقف الكلى لمی ا زن المدفوعات "د ا رسة حالة Authors: الدردیرى, جعفر عبد الرحمن یس; البیلى, خالد حسن Abstract: تهدف هذه الد ا رسة للتعرف على اثر حساب العملیات غیر المنظورة (صافى حساب الخدمات و الدخل و التحویلات ) على الحساب الجارى و كذلك على الموقف الكلى لمیزان المدفوعات السودانى خلال الفترة ( 2000 2009 ) . استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى التحلیلى ، و اعتمدت على المصادر الثانویة. – توصلت الد ا رسة الى ان حساب العملیات غیر المنظورة یؤثر على الحساب الجارى و من ثم على الموقف الكلى لمی ا زن المدفوعات ، كما ان كلا من حسابى الخدمات و دخل الاستثمار یؤث ا رن على الحساب الجارى . اشتملت الدراسة على العدید من التوصیات و من اهمها عمل مسح إحصائي للاستثما ا رت السودانیة بالخارج و ضرورة معالجة العجز فى الحساب الجاري عن طریق معالجة الموقف الكلى لمی ا زن العملیات غیر المنظورة بواسطة معالجة الحسابات المؤثرة فى حساب العملیات غیر المنظورة، وكذلك معالجة القصور فى تحصیل تحویلات السودانیین العاملین بالخارج عن طریق وضع سیاسات جاذبة Description: مقال

Title: 2010 م – السمات العامة لسوق العمل في السودان وٕاتجاهاتها المستقبلیة في الفترة من 2007 Authors: عبد العزیز, محمد خیر; الطیب, الطیب محمد یوسف; المیع, هویدا آدم Abstract: تهدف الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على مكونات سوق العمل وٕاتجاهاتها المستقبلیة أ ویضاً معرفة حجم الطلب على العمل في القطاعین العام والخاص،و التعرف على مشكلة البطالة في السودان خلال فترة الدراسة، . علیه یمكن تحدید مشكلة البحث من خلال الاسئلة التالیة: ماهي الاسباب الرئیسیة التي أدت لاختلال سوق العمل في السودان؟ وماهي السبل التي یمكن من خلالها معالجة هذه الظاهرة وخفض انعكاساتها السالبة على الاقتصاد ، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الإستنباطي مستخدمة الجداول التي تساعد على تحلیل الظاهرة موضع الدراسة ، توصلت الد ا رسة إلى عدة نتائج منهاأن حجم الطلب على العمل في القطاع العام أكبر منه في القطاع الخاص ، بمعنى ان نسبة توظیف الخریجین في القطاع الخاص منخفضة، كذلك أظهرت الد ا رسة إرتفاع نسبة العمالة من كبار السن إضافة إلى عمالة الاطفال، كما أوضحت الد ا رسة تدني مستوى التدریب والتأهیل للعاملین في القطاع العام ، وأوضحت إرتفاع نسبة البطالة خلال فترة الدراسة ، أوصت الد ا رسة بزیادة حجم التوظیف في القطاع الخاص من خلال زیادة الإستثما ا رت من أجل زیادة فرص توظیف الخریجین وتدریب وتأهیل الخریجین في مجال التوظیف الذاتي لاسیما في مجال الإنتاج الحیواني والز ا رعي وٕانشاء المجمعات الصناعیة للفنیین وتدریبهم .
