Abstract:
Filling is a task carried out by a machine that packages liquid products such as cold drinks or water .Traditional methods of bottle filling involved placing bottles onto a conveyor and filling only one bottle at a time. This method is time consuming and expensive.
Also programmable logic control systems (PLC) are used in the packaging liquid materials has extensive common in local factories, and also considered somewhat expensive.
This system, which to be discussing in this thesis has an economic benefit in a appears that depends on a simple technical input and user interface free of complications which makes the production process easy and flexible and highly efficient, In addition appears clear that the system easy for Maintenance and can be controlled in maintenance costs.
As well as the advantages of this system susceptibility of a development can also be considered as the nucleus of many of the Systems which are used to mobilize different materials which can be used in small local factories and turn back to the local economy with high added value.
