Abstract:
The demand of customer to have the best service quality is the goal of
each telecommunication operator, and it became a challenge on each operator
to take their place in the market by providing high quality voice services to
the customers.
The objective of this research is to discuss the performance of MTN
Sudan network and to reveal the network weaknesses by studying and
analyzing some of the major known network Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs) in order to clarify the root cause of the network degradations and to
recommend and suggest processes and procedures to avoid such bottlenecks
in the network in the future.
