Design of a program to monitor and control products manufacturing in batch production line. : Case study in fifth wheel factory

Abstract

In large industrial complex especially when the type of production is batch production, the process of monitoring, controlling products manufacturing and preparing reports are difficult due to the large number of parts which constitute the product, and the processes which carried out upon each part. The research was about designing a model program to control and monitor the manufacturing steps through the factory. This model program was designed, tested in an assumed virtual environment i.e. small factory produces fifth wheel of the tractors and gave important contributions.
