Abstract:
The remarkable development of the field of telecommunications in general and mobile communications in particular, has increased the size of these networks and its devices. This large variety in the size of Mobile networks requires a major effort of the operators to manage, monitor and control the components of these networks.
The Network Management Centre “NMC” current situation, which contains many of the computers to perform these tasks so that each system and each service provider and each network subsystem has separate computer, this situation brought the need for a unified system for the implementation of these tasks.
The designed system is an integrated system to perform all management, monitoring and control tasks of all network components so that it is accomplished through a single system via a single computer with no need to move between many devices and programs to achieve this task.
One of the advantages of designed system is the attached notification system via s.m.s to escalate the network alarms to concern Engineer who is in charge.
