Abstract:
The development of Internet applications and high speed computer network has increased the easiness of Information Communication, but this advancement has also increased the chances of getting the data snooped at the time of sending and receiving messages over network. Due to this problem the Information has to be secured. Steganography plays an important role in field of Information Security. Video Steganography is to hide the existence of the secret data from unauthorized party using video as cover file and hiding data in video without leaving a remarkable track on the original video. The proposed method is based on select appropriate pixels in the video frames, which are used to hide the secret data.
This thesis presents a novel Hash based Least Significant Bit 2-3-3 insertion method. The video Steganography takes the advantage of human eye limitation. It uses video file as cover media for embedding secret message. The important quality of a steganographic system is to be less distortive while increasing the size of the secret message. The proposed method is evaluated in terms of Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Mean Square Error (MSE), which is found to be better than the traditional(LSB) method.
التطور الهائل في تطبيقات الانترنت وشبكات الكمبيوتر عالية السرعة ادى الى سهولة التواصل وتدفق المعلومات,ولكن هذا التقدم قد زاد من فرص التجسس على البيانات في وقت ارسال واستقبال الرسائل عبر الشبكة. بسبب هذه المشكلة أصبحت الحاجة ملحة الى وجود طرق لحماية البيانات التي يتم إرسالها من مكان إلى اخر, ومن بين أساليب الحماية برز علم إخفاء البيانات الذي يتميز بنقل البيانات السرية عبر وسائط النقل أو الملفات دون أن تتم ملاحظة وجود بيانات مخفية من قبل أي متطفل.
إخفاء البيانات في فيديو هو إخفاء البيانات السرية من طرف غير مصرح به, باستخدام الفيديو كملف غطاء وإخفاء البيانات في الفيديو يتم دون ترك أثر ملحوظ على الفيديو الأصلي. تعتمد الطريقة المقترحة في هذا البحث على تحديد وحدات البكسل المناسبة في إطارات الفيديو ، والتي تستخدم لإخفاء البيانات السرية.
يقدم البحث فكرة مقترحة لإخفاء صورة سرية داخل ملف فيديو عن طريق خوارزمية HLSB )3-3-2), ويستخدم ملف الفيديو كوسيط تغطية لتضمين الصورة السرية, ميزة إستخدام الفيديو كوسيط لإخفاء البيانات تتمثل في سعة ملف الفيديو بحيثيمكن اخفاء حجم أكبر من البيانات بداخلة.
تم تطبيق الخوارزمية على أكثر من ملف فيديو وحققت نسبة استرجاع جيدة للصورة السرية دون إحداث أي تشويه ملحوظ في ملف الفيديو. تم تقييم الطريقة المقترحة من حيث مربع الخطأ (MSE) و نسبة الضوضاء (PSNR) التي اظهرت نتائج تعتبر أفضل من طريقة البت أقل أهمية (LSB) التقليدية.
