Abstract:
تعتبر العملية التعليمية مجموعة منظمة من الانشطة والاجراءات تهدف لتلبية الاحتياجات التعليمية ضمن الشروط والأهداف التى يحددها التعليم العالى فى الدولة وإكساب المتعلم مهارات تعليمية تجعل شخصيته اكثر قوة واتزان والتنقيب فيها يمكن من التنبؤ باداء الطالب الاكاديمي ودراسة عملية التعلم.
العملية التعليمية تواجه العديد من الصعوبات كقياس نتائج التعلم ومعرفة مسببات تدنى المستوى الاكاديمي للطالب وان العلوم التطبيقية تتطلب حضور الطلاب للمحاضرات والعمل التطبيقي .
يهدف البحث لتقديم دراسة جيدة بإستخدام تقنيات تنقيب البيانات لتحليل نتائج الطلاب النهائية المتحصل عليها فى المقررات الدراسية وذلك من خلال إستخدام تقنية التصنيف كواحدة من أهم تقنيات تنقيب البيانات.
التى طبقت على عينة تم جمعها من طلاب كلية دراسات الحاسوب وتقانة المعلومات كان حجمها643 سجل لطلاب السنة الاولى و الثانية التى شملت 15مادة دراسية ووضعت على ملف إكسل واحد أعد وجهز لعلمية التنقيب.
تم بناء خمسة نماذج تصنيف أجريت مقارنة بينها من حيث دقة النتائج و زمن بناء النموذج ومعدل الأخطاء وكان الهدف من هذه المقارنة هو ضمان الحصول على أفضل النتائج لبناء النموذج .
تم إختيار خوارزمية JRIP التى حققت أفضل النتائج من بين الخوارزميات الخمسة بناءاً على عامل زمن بناء النموذج الذى بلغ 0.02ثانية و دقة بنسبة صحة بلغت89.26% وخطاء بلغ 10.7% .
فمكنت من بناء نموذج إستطاع من خلاله تحليل ومعرفة تأثير المواد على التحصيل الأكاديمي للطالب فكانت المواد التطبيقية الاكثر تأثيراً على التحصيل الأكاديمي للطالب مقارنة بالمواد النظرية .
وبصورة أكثر تفصيلاً كانت مادتى مقدمة الحاسوب و البرمجة الهيكلية الأثر الكبير على نتيجة الطالب المحرزة .
The educational process is an organized set of activities and procedures designed to meet the educational needs within the conditions and objectives set by the higher education in the country and give the learner educational skills that make his character more powerful and balanced and prospecting can predict the performance of the academic student and study the learning process.
The educational process faces many difficulties such as measuring the results of learning and knowledge of the causes of the low academic level of the student and that applied science requires students to attend lectures and practical work.
The aim of the research is to provide a good study using data mining techniques to analyze the results of the final students obtained in the courses through the use of classification technology as one of the most important data mining techniques.Which was applied to a sample collected from the students of the Faculty of Computer Studies and Information Technology was a volume of 643 records for students of the first year and the second, which included 15 subjects and placed on a single Excel file prepared and equipped for exploration.
Five comparison models were built in terms of accuracy of results, model build time and error rate. The objective of this comparison was to ensure that the best results were obtained to build the model.The JRIP algorithm was selected to achieve the best results among the five algorithms based on the model build time factor of 0.02 seconds, the accuracy of the health rate reached 89.26% and the errors of 10.7%.I was able to build a model through which the analysis and knowledge of the impact of materials on the academic achievement of the student was the most influential applied materials on the academic achievement of the student compared to theoretical materials.More specifically, the introduction of computer and structural programming has had a significant impact on student achievement.
