dc.description.abstract The aim of this study was to detect antibiotics residues in poultry meat by TLC & microbiological methods ( Premi®Test). 48 chicken samples were collected from Khartoum State. Results analyzed by SPSS program . By 4 Premi®Test 34 chickens were positive (70.8%) and 14 were negative (29.2), and by TLC 38 of samples were positive (79.2%) and 10 samples were negative (20.8) . 29 samples were Positive by both method (60.4%). Companies positive samples by Premi®Test represented 63.8% , whereas by TLC the positive sampleswere 79.2%, but farms positive samples represented 91.6% and same result given by Premi®Test. According to place positive sample in Khartoum locality by both methods represented 60.6%, Bahry 50%and Umdorman 83.3% . This represents highest percentage of antibiotics residues in researches done in the world. More research work is need to determine types of antibiotics used in poultry meet. en_US
