dc.description.abstract This work aimed to obtain flexible and reconfigurable self- referenced coarse wavelength multiplexing (CWDM) fiber optic intensity sensors network. By employing electronic finite impulse response (FIR) filter at the reception stage, can achieve flexible system than fiber delay coil, more over it can achieve arbitrary modulation frequencies, only one modulation frequency is needed, which value can be chosen depending on application. The entire topology design was realized using the Optiwave Software (optisystem7) development environment, in which particular test measurements were carried out as well. The proposed (CWDM) network operating in reflective configuration is designed and simulated investigated. In the described approach, the use of (FBG) as spectral selective mirrors allows to implement delay lines in the electrical domain, achieving more compact sensor-heads and easy-reconfigurable sensing points. Two measurement parameters (R, ø) for the sensing heads are defined. en_US
