The Impact of Market Orientation, Innovation and Mediating Role of Environmental Factors on Export Performance of Sudanese Exports (fruit and vegetables) Ismail, Elias. M.A. The study aimed at shedding the light on the role of Sudanese export market (fruits and vegetables) in achieving economic development through applying the marketing concepts, besides explaining how these concepts affect the export performance. The study has adopted descriptive, analytical and statistical methods, whereas the primary data have been collected from Vegetable and Fruit markets in Khartoum after distributing a questionnaire to marketers, exporters and importers as individual sample. The study results revealed that the export agencies (vegetables and fruits) focus on applying the concept of market orientation and innovation on export market, which enhance the export performance. It is recommended for export agencies to consider the mediating role that the environmental factors play on export performance. Article

مخاطر صيغ التمويل الإسلامي و أثرها على قرار التمويل عياش, عبد الوهاب أحمد عبدالله مسعود; صالح, هلال يوسف هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اثر المخاطر الناشئة عن تطبيق صيغ التمويل الاسلامي في قرار التمويل، والتعرف على العلاقة بين مستوى مخاطر صيغ التمويل الاسلامية وقرار منح التمويل مشكلة الدراسة هي عدم وضوح العلاقة بين المخاطر المصرفية الناشئة عن صيغ التمويل الاسلامي وقرار منح التمويل، وعلاقة ذلك باختيار صيغة بعينها من صيغ التمويل، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الاستنباطي لتحديد محاور الدراسة وصياغة الفرضيات وكذلك في استخدام التبرير المنطقي للنتائج، واستخدام المنهج الاستقرائي لاختبار فرضيتي الدراسة ، وخلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج من اهمها: أن المصارف الاسلامية اليمنية ما تزال تعتمد بصورة رئيسية على صيغة المرابحة في التمويل نظرًا لانخفاض المخاطر المرتبطة بهذه الصيغة ، وأن صيغ المضاربة والمشاركة والاستصناع والمزارعة والتمويل التأجيري هي من الصيغ الهامة في التمويل ولكنها لا تحظى باهتمام المصارف الاسلامية اليمنية . وتوصي الدراسة بالحد من اعتماد المصارف الاسلامية اليمنية على صيغة المرابحة ، ضرورة تنويع صيغ التمويل مع التركيز على صيغ المشاركة والمضاربة والاستصناع والمزارعة ، وضرورة الاهتمام بالتدريب والتطوير للكادر البشري في المصارف في مجالات إدارة المخاطر المصرفية مقال

Measuring the Attitudes of Construction Companies towards Using Project Management Tools and Techniques Musa, Mohamed Abbas; Mohammed, Mawia Abdel Latif The study aimed at highlighting the extent of using project management tools and techniques and their impact on project effectiveness. The study samples comprising of both project managers and operation management levels in Khartoum State private construction firms. The study used the simple random sample, which consisted of 62 respondents (20% of the study population). The study distributed 70 questionnaires to gather its data; whereas the response rate was 88.6%. Based on data gathered, the study adopted the descriptive and the analytical methods using Alpha Cronbach coefficient, Chi-square test, and correlation tests for testing the study hypotheses. From the analysis conducted on the gathered data, it was found that using project management tools and techniques significantly contributes to project effectiveness in terms of customer satisfaction and improving project performance effectiveness. Furthermore, although there is a positive relationship between using project management tools and techniques and project effectiveness, but the study found that 54.8% of organizations do not use them; besides lacking adequate awareness of the project management methodologies and its practices. Also, those organizations, which use them, either do not use them properly, or use them without knowing their impact on the effectiveness of their projects. Article

دور المؤسسات الإجتماعية فى تخفيف حدة الفقر ادم, النسيم شوقار; المهل, عبد العظيم سليمان هدفت الدراسة الى الوقوف على دور ديوان الزكاة فى ولاية النيل الازرق في تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة ومدى فعاليته فى التخفيف من حدة الفقر بالولاية فى الفترة من ( 2005 م – 2012 م ) ، وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج التاريخى والمنهج الوصفى والإحصائي . توصلت الدراسة الى ان دور ديوان الزكاة فى تخفيف حدة الفقر بالولاية ضعيف نتيجة لتقليدية المشاريع وضعف المتابعة للمشروعات وقلة رأس مال المشروع مع ضعف العائد الذى لا يتناسب مع حجم الأسرة المستفيدة كما لا يساعد على إدخار جزء منه لإستغلاله فى الصيانه وتطور المشروع . أوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة رأس مال المشروع وإخضاع هذه المشاريع للدراسة السليمة والعمل على تطورها من أجل تخفيف ظاهرة الفقر بالولاية مقال
