dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this study was evaluating ways of dealing with people with special needs in the Department of Radiology. Data were collected from this study, ten hospitals in Khartoum state and two specialists for people with special needs in the period from July to August in 2014. The study consisted of 6 disabilities handle a mental disabilities, visual, physical, hearing, behavioral and dumb. The questionnaire was number 60 technologists of these hospitals, as well as a questionnaire number of 52 patients with special needs in all of Al Noor Institute for the Blind and Doha Specialist Hospital . This study concluded that there are no tools or means specializing in radiology departments to deal with people with special needs.	en_US
