Stability study glibenclamide and see how it influenced by the temperature and direct sun light ,by HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography) and UV(ultra-violet spectrophotometer).were put tablets in:
-Direct sun light.
-At 50C
Was reading at zero time and then after one day, after three days and after five days. After that calculated the assay.
