| dc.description.abstract | In order to recognize which is better as a diagnostic approach of patients with pancreatic disorders, the ultrasound or ERCP, the two studies were conducted to 30 patients with pancreatic disorders. The results were as follows: The ERCP showed 12 cases of ca head of pancreas, where the u/s showed 13 cases. The ERCP showed two cases of pancreatic calculus, where the u/s showed nothing in this aspect. The ERCP failed to show any case of pancreatitis, where the u/s showed four cases. The ERCP failed to show any case of pancreatic cysts, where the u/s succeeded in detecting three cases. V The ERCP was able to detect two cases of ca. pancreas, where the u/s showed four cases. | en_US |
