Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to find a solution to some problems and obstacles that occur during the project life cycle. Which in turn lead to delays in the project and increase in cost.
Some information and facts were obtained from previous experiences in the Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company, as well as international experiences, which have been relying on the way in which the fast track – task force project management , as well as adopted by the researcher in conducting the case study.
The research concluded that it is feasible to use the feasibility of this method in solving problems in project management by reducing the solution period, cost and to maintain quality.
