AMODEL FOR DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ADMS)

Abstract

Today large organizations are faced with an increasingly growing blizzard of electronic and paper documents that clog the channels of communication and block the flow of work. Can all of this be organized, compressed, preserved and retrieved on demand? This research aims to give an overall view of document management systems and to highlight their major concepts. It also illustrates how the features and functionality of the Electronic Document Archiving and Management System provide a cost-effective, fast and secure approach to withstand the world’s technological advances. The concepts in this study are implemented using Bank Of Sudan (BOS) document and archiving system. My work was studying the Bank Of Sudan document and archiving system and extend it to the system I wanted, then modeling the new system using Unified Modeling Language .
