dc.description.abstract In this research we talked about circuit designed as a model for smart home, this circuit content several (IC'S): SN74373, ULN2003 and devices (boilers chiller micro switch) and connected to the computer to assist the operator to monitor and control every component in the system. The smart home is a system for building management. That mean the user can monitor the tools and equipments of the building and as control them through central computer or logical programmable controller . The technology before few years could be magical till it be possible in 1980 . The main objective of this system is to control and monitor all the system component lighting, heating, cooling, temperature , … etc, by connecting all these with central computer . This system need protocols to transfer data and we have special protocols using in this technology . Although the technology is complex, but provide comfort and safe for the user . en_US
