Control and monitoring for Test separator

Abstract

As a result of scientific and technological process and increase in enormous complexity of different processes showed the urgent need to develop similar methods of control and means of implementation. One of the most important and modern methods is the automatic control of industrial processes, which occupies a privileged in industrial applications characterized by the many advantages such as speed and accuracy in performance and control of more than one process at the same time, This led to increased production and quality. One of the means carry out automatic control of various industrial applications is the use of governor automated programmer. The main purpose of this research to do simple modeling by using programmable logic controller hardware and software to control & monitoring the level of test separator by using one pump to represent the pressure of oil coming from the well and tow level switches to monitor and maintain the level in the vessel.
