dc.description.abstract This study is concern on the importance of the M.R.C.P. a new technique that has been introduced in Sudan recently, although it is going further since M.R.I. Unit is introduce. M.R.C.P. is safety, less cost, superior to E.R.C.P. in certain cases as we can see in our research, but its main disadvantage is it’s poor dealing in therapeutic cases as E.R.C.P. A less amount of references and books that deal with M.R.C.P. as the main technique in diagnostic of the biliary system is the main cause that make me interest in this research, with this surprising technique, although I suffer so much in dealing with this procedure as the main diagnostic tools of biliary system. I summarized the cases which M.R.C.P. is consider to be the main and first choice for investigations of biliary system in addition to a nice & comparative with the rest of the procedures (CT, U/S, Special radiography). This study done in (KADC), a modern center in Sudan that introduce most of examination that cannot be done before, and this is one obstacle of this research a rare center that deal with (M.R.C.P.) investigation and so few technicians that have a good knowledge and experiences of this study, so I try to show the different method of techniques that is better to verify the biliary system obviously to the radiologist to facilitate the diagnostic. At the end, M.R.C.P. in Sudan needed to be evaluated, discussed, and a continue practice for Technician radiology and the gastroenterologists to reach to it’s optimum benefit directly without waiting a failure of E.R.C.P. en_US
