dc.description.abstract The main objective of this study is to determine the role of the conventional x–ray to demonstrate the cranium disorder to know this 50 patients with conventional x–ray was done for patients with skull cranial disorder by two machines, Philips, Toshiba in Red Sea State Hospital. The methods how the researcher used: Patient with skull x-ray request forms with different clinical indication Random samples 50 patients how come to departments wit average age between 5-65 your old. Major x-ray unit used in examination. Patients were investigated with conventional x-ray machine to detect any skull disorders by doing PA and lateral. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The conventional x-ray demonstrated 11 cases of fractures 2. The conventional x-ray demonstrated 2 cases of tumours 3. The conventional x-ray failed to demonstrated the reason of headache of the came clinical indicate of headache. 4. The conventional x-ray failed to demonstrated extend of the fractures in soft tissue of the brine. en_US
