Abstract:
The extensive use of information communication applications in all areas of our life, especially in the last decays leads to evolve the software systems from centralized to dynamic and highly distributed. This constitutes the emergence of service-oriented computing. That result in easiest paradigm and effective management for SLM. And becomes an automated web based service.
In spite of the good telecom infrastructure the service is too poor. For example, the banking sector services are not what customers expected. Loosing time and customers are not satisfied with services.
In addition to, the use of low level metrics in banking sector services. These lead to create a high level metrics to ATM machine as example. The failed customer transaction and the out of service are the new metrics. They are formed in web service level agreement (WSLA) for service level agreement (SLA) which is described in details inside the research. This method is easier, automated web based and parties can access it faster. Later on will be an ideal method for services management by the two parties or the third one in Sudan.
This research describes the general form for SLA and WSLA, through the creation of the new high level metrics. In addition to the technologies to accomplish the framework for SLA, WSLA form, which needs tools to view and monitor the service along the web. This is not mentioned in this research.
Indeed, the success of the idea will be a real for its advantages and characteristics of the web-based SLAs in the others sector. This appears in the easiest and fast way to manage services in Sudan.
