| dc.description.abstract | One hundred blood samples were collected in EDTA universal containers of unrelated individuals in Albataheen ethnic group from different parts of ،Khartoum stated during the period from 1-5-2005 to 15-7-2005. The ABO and Rhesus phenotypes performed immediately for each sample. The frequencies of ABO and Rh phenotypes were analyzed by SPSS computer program. Blood group O was found to be the most frequent (44%) followed by group A 31% group B 15% and group AB 10%. Respectively. The frequency of Rh blood group system were as follow: Rh antigen D positive was 96%, Rh antigen C positive was 53% Rh antigen c positive was 92% Rh antigen E positive was 18% and Rh antigen e positive was 99%. Phenotypes frequencies in present study were as follow: c De was (31%),CcDe was (40 % ),cDEe was (12%), CDe was ( 7% ), CcDEe was ( 6 %), Ce was ( 4% ) and , c"DE' was (1%). | en_US |
