dc.description.abstract This research aim to study Measurements of Ultrasound Velocity , Acoustic impedance and Temperature in Water and Sheep Blood . There were three experiments made in international African University, Sudan University of Science and Technology and Gezira University 2009. Experiment (1) for is to meant calculate the mean velocity of sound (ms-1) and acoustic impedance ( kgm-2s-1) for sheep blood and distilled water and the relationship between the velocity of sound and acoustic impedance at different frequencies ranging between (800-818 KHZ) and the distance between fringes d(2.13-2.64 mm) and the result as following: The mean velocity of sound for sheep blood was 1575 ms-1, and velocity of sound for distilled water was 1534 ms-1, also the mean acoustic impedance for sheep blood was 1669.323 × 103 kgm-2s -1 and the mean acoustic impedance for distilled water was1533.61 × 103 kg m-2s-1. Experiment(2) shows that the exposure time increase was effect on temperature, where the increases of temperature increases as the exposure time in sheep blood samples, electrolytic water Na+ , K+ and Ca++. rivers water, minerals water ,and distilled water. This is what was proved from this experiments. Experiment(3) shows the frequency increases for Triangle wave form and square waveform effect of rivers water, minerals water, distilled water, sheep blood and electrolytic water Na+ , K+ and Ca++. ionization, where the ionization decrease as frequency increases. en_US
