dc.description.abstract Ultrasound is the one of the most significant imaging for detection of early occurrence of breast cancer as revealing of early metastasis, there fore it has been used to evaluate the metastasis from the breast cancer to the general abdomen, pelvis and lymph node and relative biography among breast cancer women. The sample taken for this study consisted of fifteen (50) patients with age ranging between 35 to 75 years old, who were being scanned by ultrasound machine. The collected data from scanned patients and patient's biography were analyzed by excel software. The results showed that: the cancer incidence was predominant at the right breast with a percentage of 25% relative to left breast 18% while the incidence of bilateral breast cancer 7%, and the common age of breast cancer incidence was 48-55 years. Also the study reveal that: the common regions of abdomen where the cancer cells could be seeded to establish secondary tumors from the breast cancer, the liver 14%, right axillary lymph node 8%, left axillary lymph node 6%. The distribution of lesion status on site of metastases are solitary 22 and multiple 21. The echogenicty of lesions on site of metastases are , hyoechoic 20%, hyperechoic 9% and heterogeneous 11%. en_US
