Abstract:
The aim of this research is to evaluation of sumucosal motion of rectal carcinoma on patients who suspected rectal cancer. The sample of thisThe sample of this study consist of 50 patient presented with rectal carcinoma from Khartoum hospitals, all patient underwent to computerized tomography and endoscopy, in addition to the histopathological examination of the biopsies that are taken by the endoscopy. At the end of this study found the rectal carcinoma is predominated among male and taking a percent of 68% relative to 32% among female and the common predominant histological type of rectal carcinoma is the adenocarcinoma taking a percent of 70% relative to other types such as squamous cell carcinoma and the off field size was increases with submucosal extension and recommended that the majority of patient has the rectal cancer have involvement of pelvis lymph node and suggested to encounter in field size.
