dc.description.abstract In this research we discuss the use of optical fiber as a sensor for magnetic filed according to the Faraday rotation effect therefore the setup experiment for measured the magnetic filed by the determined the light intensity through the fiber. A He Ne laser source have been used as an optical source and we wound the fiber around the electrical coil where the current follow through it for measured the magnetic filed intensity by the relation, the laser beam coupled in to the fiber directly and we change the current intensity and read the light intensity by the detector , the calculated magnetic filed is plotted versus the measured magnetic filed the curve show linear relation .also we calculated the Linear correlation coefficient it is show good value, all this is indicated to the optical fiber is accuracy and as sensor magnetic filed . en_US
