dc.description.abstract The Physical Properties of blood and water plays an important role in human health and killing germs and killing germs. Motivated by the role of Tio2 in changing ultraviolet absorption which kill germs, the aim of this work is to see how adding Tio2with different concentrations to both blood and water affect their absorption, PH and other related properties to do this Tio2 having concentrations 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7and 0.8. Ppm were added to blood and water respectively. Titanium dioxide (Tio2) Nano structure was also determined using X-ray diffraction (XRD) apparatus and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The XRD result shows Nano crystal size ranging from about 45to60 nm. However the SEM result shows wider range from about 60-200 nm. This difference may be attributed to the fact that XRD technique allows only determination of sizes in every narrow region where the rays are incident, while SEM image cover the whole surface. The ultra violet (UV) test of Tio2 how’s energy gap of 3.773ev.For the 8blood samples (with Tio2 can cent rations 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7and 0.8 ppm) UV absorption and the count rate of red and white blood cells (RBC and WBC) beside hematocrit (HCT) were found for difference can cent rations and when the eight blood samples immediately (examined) in the first weak then the second, third and fourth weak. The UV results indicates decrease of blood absorption up on increasing Tio2 can centration, and increase of absorption with time. The HCT Which is directly proportional to the viscosity, it decreases up on increasing Tio2 concentration, an also decreases with time. The RBC count rate decreases up on increasing Tio2 con centration an increasing and increasing time except slight increase in the fourth week. The WBC count rate decreases in the Tio2 concentration range (0.1-0.6) up on increasing concentration in the range (0.7-0.8) wish con centration, but count rate decreases with time. For water 8 samples were also prepared for Tio2 con cent rations (0.1, 2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7and 0.8ppm). The PH and the number of living cells of Escherichia coli for each sample were determined. The results obtained shows that water PH decreases up on increasing Tio2 Concentra and with time also. The number of living cells decreases up on increasing Tio2 concentration and also with time. This means that increasing water PH increases the number of living cells. en_US
