Abstract:
This study dealt with the performance of the dialysis center through the effect of all the transactions involved in the dialysis center such as the medical staff, machinery and the internal environment on the efficiency of dialysis, and shed light on the relationship between these transactions and between them. With them.Interdependence with each other in all stages of dialysis and its direct impact on the health of the patient and thecompletion of the clearingprocess withhigh blood efficiency.
The main objective of this research is to evaluate the efficiency of dialysis centers by enhancing the importance of all factors involved in the dialysis process and clarifying the importance of the integrative relationship between them.
Several dialysis centers in the Khartoum region, Khartoum North, Omdurman and JabalAwliya participated in this study. Data were collected through a questionnaire targeting all medical staff working in the center. The main variables in the questionnaire were socio-demographic characteristics (gender, age, qualifications, experience, type of health institution),
And information about the symptoms of kidney failure and the factors involved in dialysis and its impact on efficiency and health, and highlighted the monitoring of the patient’s stages during the dialysis stages, attention to the quality of the consumables used, the training of the working group, the maintenance of machines and everything related to medicines and medical consumables. By monitoring the disease and its health condition, and determining to what extent the hemodialysis efficiency can be increased by doing everything that enables the patient to maintain his health.
