dc.description.abstract This study aims to uncover the concept of death in the short stories of Ernest Hemingway, using three short stories: (Snow of Kilimanjaro), which deals with death by illness, the story (short happy life Francis Macomber), which tells about death by accidents, and the story (Clean well - lighted place), represent Death by suicide. This study reflected the extent to which he was affected by his family history and his personal experiences in life, which were reflected in his writings. en_US
